What if I break something on a mission?

Accidents happen, we understand that. However, GoodGym is not liable for any breakages that occur during missions and we are not able to replace any item broken. The referral process makes this clear to the person who requested the task, and we ask them to inform the older person. We only accept tasks that require a low level of skill and ask you not to attempt anything that is out of your skill level. This will reduce the chances of something being broken or damaged.

If you do break something, please apologise in this situation, but please do not promise that GoodGym will get a replacement. Please ask the beneficiary to call the office if they have any questions on the number 020 3432 3920. Please complete the mission feedback form to let GoodGym know after the mission.
