This could be due to the documents you provided not meeting the criteria, leading the app to cancel the application. Alternatively, the photos taken by you might not have been of sufficient quality for the app to recognise.
If your Digital ID check was cancelled, you may need to follow the second route and complete the document check in person by attending a GoodGym local session.
