Coach visits are regular runs, walks or cycles to visit an isolated older person. We ask you to commit to a weekly social visit to an older person for a minimum of six months. We call the older person you run to your coach, because they help motivate people to run and keep fit. We recommend visits be 20-40 minutes long to make this a manageable part of your weekly routine while giving you a good amount of time to get to know your coach.
