What do I tell an older person if they want/need another mission?

Missions are clearly explained to an older person as one-off practical tasks. There maybe situations in the home or garden that will require numerous visits or maintenance, in these situations GoodGym is not the best organisation to help. However, if a repeat visit is required to finish off a task and ensure the safety and independence of the person at home, please encourage the older person to get in contact with the organisation who mentioned GoodGym to them to request a follow up and highlight this in the mission feedback form to GoodGym central.
