It will most likely depend on how far you live from the task. For most tasks you will be making your own way there so you can decide if you want to take a direct route or not.
Group runs always say the distance when you sign up to them. They vary from 1 - 10k. Choose a run you feel comfortable with and remember there's always a break to do some useful work halfway through. Once you’re a member how far you run will depend on what you want to achieve; we’ll work with you to set goals for your fitness and develop training programmes to help achieve them.
